A special acknowledgment must go to Detective Superintendent Jim Munro, Inspector Shameem Ahmed, and the exceptional officers of West Midlands Police. Your tireless work under Operation Fearless is delivering real, measurable improvements in tackling crime and antisocial behaviour, making our streets safer for everyone.

Launched in January 2025 with an £880,000 investment from Police and Crime Commissioner Simon Foster, Operation Fearless has already achieved outstanding results across Erdington, Kingstanding, Castle Vale, and South Oscott.

Key Successes So Far:

• Over 98 arrests for offences including theft, drug possession, and knife crime
• Seizure of £1.5 million in counterfeit goods, disrupting illegal trade
• Strengthened Public Space Protection Orders, empowering police to tackle antisocial behaviour more effectively

This progress proves that when communities, police and agencies unite, we create lasting change.
