Paulette has joined forces with the Friends of Conker Island to demand urgent action to improve safety at Conker Island Park in Kingstanding. The petition, which has already gained significant local support, calls on Birmingham City Council to address rising antisocial behaviour, improve facilities, and ensure the park remains a safe space for families and children.

Residents have reported increasing incidents of antisocial behaviour in the area, as well as the need for repairs to the play area and the installation of new bins. However, progress has been slow.

Paulette said, “Our children deserve a safe place to play, free from fear, in a well-maintained play area without antisocial behaviour. I’m standing with locals to make sure this happens.”
