The theme this year is ‘Standing Firm in Power and Pride’.

As they share their inspiring journeys in politics and business, they light a beacon, inviting more Black individuals to get involved. Despite significant progress, Black voices remain underrepresented in decision-making processes and businesses that shape our society.
